Day 15 and feeling great! Today I’m having eggplant with macadamia nut ricotta, tomato and balsamic reduction. Delish and filling.

Post workout smoothie: strawberries, banana, spinach, avocado, frozen pineapple chunks and coconut water. What a delicious recovery.
Day 10 complete along with my first computrainer ride of the season. Felt good to push some watts for 90 minutes.
Round two is even easier and I’m see results already! I’m on day 9 and this morning when I went for my master swim workout I nailed it. I was swimming faster than I ever have. For me a normal base on 100 is 2:00 and 1:50 on a great day and 2:05 on a bad day. Today I was swimming 1:40 with my best 100 at 1:35 I did a few 50 at :34 which puts me at a sub 1:30. Felt awesome to be back in the game and push myself to my limits.
The new goal for my IM swim is 1:10!
