Ceres Bistro in Worcester: now to keep it Whole30 not as hard as you would think (unless there are hidden ingredients and in that case ignorance is bliss) gluten free Cajun Grilled Sword Fish with mango salsa, subbed the risotto for fresh seasonal vegetables. Now, this restaurant is farm-to-table so I’ll trust there is nothing hidden ;)
Sunday night I made a stew in my crockpot that has been lunch for the week. I was going for chili but forgot tomato paste and sauce (oops) so just made this up and it’s so good! I had so much that I brought some for my co-worker and froze the rest for an on the go meal.
Adult “Ants on a Log” fresh ground almond butter with whole organic cherries. Yummy and something good to crave.
Tonight I worked late and knew I was going to hit had a plan in place for dinner. I needed something quick and easy for when I got home. I had the left over coconut curry and mussels. Took 5 mins to steam and sautéed with the sauces. It was like a gourmet meal that is Whole30 approved and quick. It surely was a win.
