In order to achieve certain goals that you set for yourself (mine IM 70.3) you need to 1. Make Sacrifices 2. Have the Determination & Dedication 3. Put in the Hard Work and 4. BE CONSISTANT! This is my daily reminder and tonight I choose to stay consistent and run home from work.
