VO2max Test 5 min HR
I had to take my first Time Trail Field Test indoors on the bike trainer due to the weather conditions outside. Believe it or not this was the first time I had ever used a heart rate monitor and trained using zones. I had one of the best bike workouts of my life. I pushed myself through the 5 min VO2max for a total training session of 55:00 min!
